Mitsubishi Zero Megaupload 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Won't Start?

The car was not running for a while. I read that the eclipse does not work, the fuel pump when you boot, so I left it for a long period of crank. And then garnished with a charger.

The symptom is that the fuel gauge * zero *. This is the car of my sister, so I ran dry. I have found in a gallon of gasoline, always reads zero and still not start. Huh? So I put in another gallon. Nevertheless reads zero, and will not start.

I checked the fuses under the hood, they all look good. Could someone please tell me if:
- Fuel pump test connector? It is assumed that behind the battery, could not find it.
- Fuel pump relay? It is assumed that the firewall behind the battery. There are three links in a row in the car ..
- Signs of internal security?
